A perfect place to swim from daily with the added benefit of a walk in wet rom! Relaxing & restorative. The sound of the sea is always present and the kitchen floor is always warm. We were so lucky as we saw not only the dolphins, porpoises and a hump back whale!

We have been coming to St Ives for many years & this property is the best we have ever stayed in!

This is not our first time in St Ives but it is our first stay at 5 Sea View Place – I think we will only stay here from now on. Without question this is the best location in St Ives for a property that can house a family. It is absolutely central but much quieter at night than the quayside properties. It has direct access to the beach and is really easy for kids to come and go to do everything St Ives has to offer – surfing, crabbing, shopping, swimming, rockpooling, etc. The house is built right onto the rocks above the beach, the view is amazing, and the seals come and say hello every morning. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the sea views from two of the bedrooms canot be bettered in St Ives. There is a wet room just inside the front door so sandy children can be hosed off easily, a tumble dryer, games for wet days, inflatables pump, great kitchen, etc, etc. The floors and stairs are not slippy (people with lots of children will get why this matters!) and you can bring your dog. I cannot fault this house, it is fantastic, thank you for a very relaxing and happy holiday. We will see you next year.

The photographs are lovely, the reality is even better. The seaview is breathtaking and the house is a true gem!

The views from this house are breathtaking! As always, booking a holiday with Cherished is pain-free and the staff are always friendly & helpful. All of the Cherished properties are are of a very high standard, impeccably furnished and very clean & tidy.
