Booking & Paying
We have tried to make our online booking process as simple as possible. However, booking and paying online doesn’t suit everyone so we are always on hand to help you choose the property that best suits your needs and take payments over the telephone on 01736 490 640.
When you have chosen your perfect property you will need to fill in the online booking form and pay either a deposit (if your holiday start date is more than two months away) or full payment (if your holiday start date is within two months).
You can pay securely online with SagePay or by telephoning us on 01736 490 640. We accept payment by debit card or credit card (no fee). Also, we accept BACS – you will need to call us in the office to arrange this.
Sorry, but we do not accept cheques or cash.
Confirming Your Booking
On receipt of your fully completed booking form, together with your deposit or full payment, a confirmation of booking will be sent to you. Please check all details very carefully and inform us immediately of any discrepancies. It will also detail your balance and date due if applicable. We shall remind you 4 weeks before your balance payment is due (balance payment is due 8 weeks before your holiday). Upon receipt of your balance payment, an acknowledgment is emailed to you along with the directions and arrival details for the property that you have booked.
Discounts & Promotional Codes
We encourage our cottage owners to offer a 10% discount to guests returning within 18 months of their stay. In addition, we offer promotional codes on last minute availability and special offers. Give us a call to receive your discount.
