Pet Friendly Eating Out In St Ives!

St Ives is the most perfect place to come on holiday at any time of the year with friends and family, but it’s also a haven for dog lovers too, so don’t forget to pack your furry friends into the car before you set off, it has to be one of the most dog friendly seaside resorts in the UK … and after exploring the wilds of Cornwall or after a bracing beach walk, it’s lovely to know you can go and relax in so many pubs, cafes and restaurants after with your four legged friends !

Our black labs Bertie & Icy love that St Ives is dog friendly all year round, with the dog bans being more relaxed than ever, you don’t have to stick to ‘out of season‘ anymore to fully enjoy this beautiful part of Cornwall. Many beaches within St Ives and Carbis Bay now allow dogs on the beach in the peak season before 10am in the morning and after 6pm long after the days crowds have left the beaches, so there’s endless scope for early morning walkies or late evening sunset strolls.

Whether it’s just for a coffee or breakfast, lunch or dinner or just a pint you are after here’s a good selection of dog friendly places to check out with Rover, Spot or Buddy!

Bertie & Icy the office dogs!

Plenty of space inside on the colder days with fab sea views, or if you are feeling brave book one of the heated pods for alfresco dining.

Dogs are welcome on the outside terraced areas and in the pods too. Relaxed and friendly staff will make you and your dogs very welcome. One of our favourite things to order is from the ‘ Build your own breakfast ‘ section , eggs, sausages, bacon, halloumi, butternut squash, tomatoes and mushrooms along with lashings of toast to set you up for the day.
