Booking & Paying
We have tried to make our online booking process as simple as possible. However, booking and paying online doesn’t suit everyone so we are always on hand to help you choose the property that best suits your needs and take payments over the telephone on 0844 809 9170.
When you have chosen your perfect property you will need to fill in the online booking form and pay either a deposit (if your holiday start date is more than two months away) or full payment (if your holiday start date is within two months).
You can pay securely online with SagePay or by telephoning us on 0844 809 9170. We accept payment by debit card (no fee) or credit card (2% fee).
Sorry, but we do not accept cheques or cash.
Confirming Your Booking
On receipt of your fully completed booking form, together with your deposit or full payment, a confirmation of booking will be sent to you. Please check all details very carefully and inform us immediately of any discrepancies. It will also detail your balance and date due if applicable. When paying by SagePay your balance amount will be debited from the card that you registered with them when paying your deposit. We shall notify of this pending transaction one week before its due date. Upon receipt of your final payment an acknowledgment is sent along with the key collection and arrival details.
Discounts & Promotional Codes
We encourage our cottage owners to offer a 10% discount to guests returning within 18 months of their stay. In addition, we offer promotional codes on last minute availability and special offers. Give us a call to receive your discount.
